6 Dog-Friendly Activities in And Around Murfreesboro

General Bragg Bark Park

General Bragg Dog Bark Park is an off-leash facility so your puppy can have a great time running around, chasing squirrels, and meeting and greeting other dogs. They have also thoughtfully segregated the park into two areas – one for small dogs and the other for big ones. This way, your pet can run around and play with dogs of its size and temperament.

The park also has many shaded areas to rest on hot days and the scenic views will keep you entertained. It also has several watering stations with water buckets (but these are not always maintained so it may be best to carry your pet’s water.) The park also has four separate gated areas as well as a nice long trail to walk.

On the downside, some areas of the park are not clean since people do not always pick up after their pets.

Most importantly, they have a dog-friendly patio where they welcome dogs of all ages, sizes, colors, and temperaments. Just make sure to keep your puppy on a leash at all times.
